Chico Pinheiro is an exceptional guitarist, renowned for his exquisite tone and remarkable fluidity. He is also celebrated as a unique composer, harmoniously blending Brazilian, classical and jazz influences. Chico has twice been nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Latin Jazz Album, in 2020 and 2021, and has collaborated with artists such as Placido Domingo, Brad Mehldau, Dianne Reeves, Danilo Pérez, Herbie Hancock, Esperanza Spalding, Luciana Souza, Mark Turner, Chris Potter, Roberto Fonseca, Peter Erskine and others.
