#01 Erik Truffaz

The french trumpeter Erik Truffaz is know for ecxeeding the musical frontiers and incorporate different styles in his music. At the end of the 90’s, Truffaz gets a cult status of undisputed master of naked european jazz, with his albums « The Dawn » and « Bending New Corners ». He mixes in those two organic jazz, hip hop and electrop hovering dubstep. Considered as one of the most reputated european trumpeter, his style is often compared to Miles Davis one (where we can add a bit of acid jazz).
