Simin Tander New Quartet @Senghor

The German Afghan singer Simin Tander enchants with the rich sound and intensity of her music with a mystical inspiration, which she uses to trace a path back to her Middle Eastern heritage and dig into the depths of her soul. After two albums and international concerts with her Dutch quartet, her world collaboration with the pianist Tord Gustavsen and the album “What was said", issued by ECM Records (German disc critics yearly prize), this concert will be the premiere of their new quartet in Belgium and it promises to be a real experience.
