Tony Tixier Trio

Tony Tixier is considered by Downbeat Magazine as one of the most brilliant pianists of his generation. He played with a wide range of major musicians from Andrea Bocelli, Alpha Blondy, Gregory Porter to Wallace Roney, Christian Scott, Seamus Blake, Logan Richardson, Etienne Charles, Kendrick Scott, Jon Batiste... He opened for Herbie Hancock at the Clermont-Ferrand Jazz En Tete Festival with his twin brother, violinist Scott Tixier. His last single ‘And Your Heart Began To Sing’ was released in May 2023 featuring the great arranger Matt Jones.
